What is Mr. Machinist?
Mr. Machinist is manufacturing software specifically designed to solve common and sophisticated mathematical problems that machinist often find themselves scratching their heads over in everyday shop life. Many machinist who have been around the shop for years still experience 'down-time' when a simple trig or math problem gives them trouble or doubts. Then there's that cool 'Chord of a Circle' function that has many times gotten me out of the woods. That 'Chord of a Circle' calculation is just one of many contained within Mr. Machinist.
